Depending on frequency of use and how you care for your knives, a quality cutting edge used in a home kitchen can last from 3-6 months. Knives in a professional kitchen should ideally be sharpened every month or two.

How long does the service take?
Your knives should be delivered to you within 2 days of pick up. Knives that require repair or restoration may take longer.
